Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business improvement-related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven delivery of service planning or change initiatives in large organisations.
• Experience coaching managers and teams to improve service planning and change outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver organisation-wide service planning and improvement projects across cross‑functional services.
• Collaborate on organisational frameworks and processes to align service planning with community priorities.
• Design and deliver coaching to build capability for service managers and teams.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and communicate change impacts effectively.
• Ensure alignment of service planning with organisational strategy and value delivery.
