Job summary

Sunshine Coast Council seeks a strategic Business Improvement & Administration Lead to drive continuous improvement and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will lead a capable admin team, champion workforce development and build stakeholder partnerships to improve service delivery for the community.

With strong leadership and analytical skills, you will influence senior leaders, optimise processes, and oversee branch-wide initiatives that create lasting value for Sunshine Coast residents.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Business Management, Organisational Development or a related field, and/or significant relevant experience.
• Experience in business improvement, organisational development or business support.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Current C Class Driver Licence.
