Blacktown City Council is offering a Graduate Business Analyst position with rotations across People and Culture, Corporate Strategy and Performance, and Finance. You will analyse data, map processes and gather stakeholder requirements, preparing reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to highlight trends and opportunities.

This entry-level program is for recent graduates who think logically, ask questions and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a relevant degree, completed by start date or within last 2 years.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to map processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyse data, map business processes and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations and dashboards highlighting trends, issues and opportunities.
• Support project planning, document actions and decisions, assist with system testing and help teams implement improved processes.
