The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a Consultant - Enhancing Service Delivery to provide professional and strategic management support to the Deputy Director General and Executive Consultant. You will undertake research, analysis and assessment of initiatives to improve service delivery to schools and organisational effectiveness across the People and Student Achievement Group.

Qualifications

Demonstrated operational planning and project coordination skills, including monitoring and reporting on initiatives.
Demonstrated well developed written communication skills with experience in reports, briefings and correspondence.
Demonstrated well developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder consultation.
Understanding of the Government's strategic requirements and WA's education system at central, regional and school levels.

Responsabilités

Provide professional and strategic management support to senior executives.
Develop, implement and manage initiatives, programs, projects and strategies to enhance service delivery to schools.
Monitor, evaluate and refine strategies to deliver key projects for the group.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; act as Executive Officer to committees and working groups.
