Concentrix is seeking a Director - Sales Executive to lead new business growth in technology, CX and transformation. The role focuses on hunting high-value opportunities, building C‑suite relationships, and shaping win strategies with cross-functional teams to close complex deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
Extensive and proven sales experience as a new business hunter and individual contributor.
Experience selling to C-suite and senior decision makers in CX, Operations, Technology, Finance, Sourcing.
Able to build relationships with senior leaders and shape win strategies.

Responsabilités

Hunt and win new business in technology, transformation and CX, building a priority target list and pipeline.
Build C-suite relationships and act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across CX, Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
Lead complex pursuits with cross-functional teams to develop compelling win strategies and close plans.
Sell business outcomes by linking capabilities to measurable client value and revenue growth.
Create market presence via thought leadership, networking, and industry engagement.
