Orora is seeking a senior end-to-end planner to lead demand and supply planning for ANZ customers across Orora Glass and Saverglass products. You will chair the S&OP cycle, partner with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to balance priorities and optimize inventory and working capital.

Based in Adelaide, the role requires relocation for interstate candidates and involves driving process improvements, system automation and team leadership across a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in end-to-end demand and supply planning.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across competing priorities.
• Structured, process-led analytical approach.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools (SAP IBP, Infor, Power BI).

Aufgaben

• Lead the integrated demand and supply planning for Orora Glass and Saverglass products across ANZ customers.
• Chair the monthly S&OP cycle and lead weekly supply reviews.
• Partner with Sales, customers and Customer Service to improve forecast accuracy and negotiate achievable outcomes.
• Balance customer priorities, production constraints, inventory, recoveries and working capital.
• Oversee supply planning including monthly plans and daily production schedules.
• Drive process, systems and automation improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Lead a team of supply chain and customer service professionals.
