Job summary

Orora is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to own end-to-end demand and supply planning for the ANZ customer base, overseeing Orora Glass and Saverglass products. You will drive integrated planning, chair S&OP, and lead weekly reviews with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to optimise forecast accuracy and commercial outcomes.

The role emphasizes standardisation, system improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and improve planning speed across local and imported supply,

Qualifications

• Strong experience in demand planning and supply planning for manufacturing.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes and cross-functional alignment.
• Commercial judgement and stakeholder influence across competing priorities.
• ERP planning tools familiarity, especially SAP IBP, Infor and Power BI.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in business or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated demand and supply planning process for Orora Glass and Saverglass products across all ANZ customers.
• Chair the monthly S&OP cycle and lead weekly supply reviews, ensuring risks, shortages and trade offs are clearly communicated.
• Partner with Sales, customers and Customer Service to improve forecast accuracy, challenge inputs and negotiate achievable outcomes.
• Balance customer priorities, production constraints, inventory, recoveries and working capital to support sound commercial decisions.
• Oversee supply planning including colour campaigns, monthly plans and daily production schedules across local and imported supply.
• Drive process, systems and automation improvements that reduce manual effort and support more consistent planning decisions.
• Lead a talented team of supply chain and customer service professionals
