Job summary

Australian Payments Plus is hiring a Manager, Business Risk to strengthen the control environment and provide assurance over design and operating effectiveness of key controls. You will plan and execute assurance activities, partner with control owners, and drive remediation based on findings.

You will influence control maturity across AP+ and contribute to ongoing risk management capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality risk insights.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in risk management within a complex org.
• Strong experience across risk assessment, control implementation and mitigation.
• Solid understanding of risk management frameworks and industry best practice.

Responsibilities

• Delivering control assurance activities aligned to the Group Risk Control Assurance Plan.
• Plan and execute control design and operating effectiveness testing.
• Translate assurance findings into insights and remediation recommendations.
