Job summary

Axiom Technologies Group is seeking a Release Manager to oversee the release management lifecycle within the SOI and IT teams in Australia. The role focuses on formalizing changes, coordinating release plans, and ensuring production readiness across service providers.

The successful candidate will lead with ITIL principles, coach teams, and drive improvements in change control, risk management, and release reporting while aligning with business goals and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Release Management and ITIL-based practices.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Proven leadership to influence teams and drive outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to coach IT professionals and transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to definition, design, and continuous improvement of Release Management.
• Plan and coordinate service changes and releases into production.
• Transfer operational readiness and acceptance documentation for deployed solutions.
• Coordinate release schedules with business and IT partners.
• Define success criteria and monitor KPI/KRA for releases.
• Provide coaching and guidance to domain teams.
