CommBank is seeking a Senior Manager, Regulatory Engagement to lead prudential regulatory guidance across APRA. You will coordinate with the Head of APRA Relationship and influence regulatory strategy through cross-Group collaboration.

You will draft briefings for the Board and CEO, manage APRA information requests, and drive simpler, proactive regulatory engagement while maintaining risk controls and strong stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Australian regulatory environment in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and oral communication across senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide prudential regulatory advice for allocated portfolios across risk, capital/liquidity, stress testing and resolution planning.
• Manage APRA queries and information requests with SME guidance to the business.
• Champion regulatory engagement principles to improve regulatory engagement for the Group.
• Draft internal briefing notes for Board/CEO ahead of major regulator engagements.
• Draft content for regulatory and breach reporting.
