Job summary

CommBank is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Reporting to join the Group Statutory & Regulatory Reporting team within Group Finance. You will deliver monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting to APRA and other bodies, analyse movements across the balance sheet and P&L, and support reporting improvements while liaising with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Product and external audit partners.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
Ability to interpret P&L and balance sheet movements.
Experience in financial/statutory/regulatory reporting or external audit.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting to APRA and other regulators.
Analyse balance sheet, P&L, interest rate movements and transfer pricing across products and segments.
Investigate material movements and provide insightful analysis to support reporting outcomes.
Respond to information requests from APRA, the RBA and other regulatory bodies.
Support regulatory, system and product changes impacting reporting requirements.
Maintain documentation and governance around reporting procedures.
