Job summary

Adecco Australia is investing in our Key Account Management team and we are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to help grow and strengthen our strategic client partnerships. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland.

You will manage and grow key client accounts, build trusted relationships, and work with our teams nationally to deliver great outcomes for clients and candidates. This is a senior, relationship-led role with clear growth opportunities across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or account management.
• Strong track record of growing existing accounts and building client trust.
• Commercial confidence, including pricing, margin and performance conversations.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and get outcomes across a national business.
