UGL Transport in NSW seeks an experienced Contracts Delivery Manager to lead customer interface management, contract performance, defect resolution, reporting and continuous improvement for a major rail maintenance operation based in Kangy Angy.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will build trusted client relationships, manage variations and warranties, monitor obligations and drive safety, quality and environmental standards across activities.

Formación

• Experience managing contracts and service delivery in rail or asset management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in safety-critical industries such as rail or defence.
• Analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead primary customer interface for contract performance and reporting.
