Job summary

UGL Transport in Kangy Angy NSW is seeking an experienced Contracts Delivery Manager to lead customer interface management, contract performance, defect resolution and reporting for major rail maintenance operations.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will build trusted client relationships, manage variations and warranty matters, monitor compliance and drive improvements while delivering safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contracts, service delivery, maintenance or asset management operations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience in rail, transport, defence, aviation, manufacturing or other safety-critical industries.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer interface for contract performance, defect management, attribution and reporting activities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring open, proactive communication.
• Manage contract variations, warranty matters and contract administration activities.
• Monitor contractual obligations, performance metrics and compliance requirements.
• Lead reporting across operational, commercial and customer performance measures.
• Identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to a high-performing team.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained across all activities.
