Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
• 5+ years’ QS/estimating and/or project management experience.
• Advanced numeric skills and proficiency with MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Commercial Manager in drafting contractual correspondence and claims.
• Manage the Head Contract monthly progress claim process.
• Administer variations and maintain registers and records.
• Review RFIs and daily reports to identify delays, variations and scope changes.
• Support project teams and lead negotiations for contractual claims.
