Based in Norwest and reporting to the Head of Government & Industry Affairs, the Government & Industry Affairs Manager - Property will provide strategic advice and transactional execution to advance Woolworths Group’s property pipeline. You will drive proactive stakeholder engagement with state and local governments, communities and industry groups to secure approvals and accelerate delivery.

Formación

• Approximately 5-8 years of government relations or related experience.
• Experience in planning, development or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Public Policy, Law, Communications or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic advice to advance Woolworths Group property pipeline.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with state and local governments.
• Support planning approvals and accelerate project delivery.
• Partner with internal property and RGIA teams.
• Develop and execute government engagement plans.
• Manage reputation through community relations and events.
• Identify and mitigate reputational risks in submissions.
• Maintain the stakeholder engagement toolkit.
