Job summary

The Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a permanent full-time officer who will implement, coordinate and support system-wide reform programs and policy development. You will monitor, review and report progress to senior management and committees.

You will build strategic stakeholder relationships, provide professional advice on programs and initiatives, and contribute to engagement strategies for the Director General.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating system-wide reforms and project delivery.
• Ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Strong policy development and reporting skills.
• Willingness to obtain Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.

Responsibilities

• Implement, coordinate and support system-wide reform programs and initiatives.
• Monitor, review and evaluate reform programs to identify improvement opportunities; report progress to senior management and committees.
• Provide input to policy development, implementation frameworks and annual project plans.
• Develop and implement engagement strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
