Job summary

Samsung C&T Corporation Australia seeks an experienced Project Planner for energy projects in Perth. You will apply planning principles, coordinate documents, and manage supplier programs to support on-time delivery.

Role requires tertiary qualification in a relevant field and at least 3 years in construction, project management, or planning, with strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction, building, sciences, architecture or planning.
• At least 3 years’ experience in construction, project management, project controls, engineering and planning.
• Attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Experience in high-risk, high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of pre-contracts, compliance and reporting procedures.
• Familiarity with the Project Delivery Manual and project management plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand planning principles, scope, and delivery manuals and guidelines.
• Coordinate supplier and sub-contractor programs within project plans.
• Coordinate document control and versioning in project systems.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare planning reports with current status and required actions.
