Job summary

Capstone is partnering with a NSW Government agency to support housing strategy and policy delivery in Sydney. The role blends commercial governance, project coordination and policy delivery to drive high-profile housing initiatives with lasting community impact.

You will work across development and construction projects, coordinate EOIs, prepare executive material, and foster strong stakeholder relationships while aligning with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Policy development capability in a government context.
• Excellent stakeholder management and credible communication.
• Strong coordination across multiple workstreams and projects.
• Attention to detail and delivery against deadlines.
• Cultural capability and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial governance and reporting across development and construction initiatives.
• Manage EOIs for development and construction projects.
• Coordinate management agreements with Community Housing Providers.
• Prepare executive reporting, briefs and evidence-based advice for senior staff.
• Support project planning, track actions, timelines and deliverables.
• Collate, analyse and synthesise information to support policy outcomes.
• Coordinate information flow across workstreams.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute to policy, strategy and reform initiatives.
• Collaborate with Housing Strategy and Policy team to deliver outcomes.
