Job summary

Benmax Pty is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives in our Strategy Division, covering new site establishment, manufacturing capacity duplication, master planning and automation, here in Australia and overseas.

You will own scope, program, budget, risk and quality from feasibility through handover, coordinate with international locations, manage consultants and vendors, and ensure WHSEQ compliance across all phases while reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Track record delivering capital or establishment projects on time and on budget.
• Commercial acumen across budgets, cost control and contract management.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects across different locations and time zones.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation skills at executive level.
• Discretion with commercially sensitive information, including M&A activity.
• Sound judgement when decisions have to be made on incomplete information.
• Strong writing across business cases, governance reporting and contracts.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and systems such as Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end, covering scope, program, budget, risk and quality.
• Lead new site establishment, capacity duplication and master planning, here and overseas.
• Prepare project plans, business cases and cost estimates, and manage budgets and variations.
• Procure and manage consultants, contractors and vendors, from tender to contract close out.
• Run site selection and due diligence, and coordinate with international locations on set up and compliance.
• Engage stakeholders across the business and with authorities, landlords, councils and regulators.
• Report to leadership through status reports, dashboards and governance papers.
• Meet WHSEQ requirements across all project phases, including construction and fitout.
