Job summary

Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) in Victoria seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to lead planning, design and delivery of internal initiatives advancing AV and DEECA priorities. Hybrid PMO/CMO setting.

You will provide coordination, governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Victorian Government requirements and supporting the Manager, Program Delivery Unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in data management and analysis to translate data into evidence-based insights that inform strategic decision-making, program performance and organizational outcomes is desirable.
• Accreditation in project management and change management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or ADKAR is desirable.
• Knowledge and experience of DEECA and Agriculture Victoria policy, procedures and systems is desirable.
• Experience delivering large-scale organizational changes with public and private sector organisations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance support, reporting and risk management across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate change planning, workshop coordination and records management in a hybrid PMO/CMO environment.
• Engage stakeholders and support the Manager, Program Delivery Unit and senior stakeholders.
• Support prioritisation and delivery of initiatives to improve organisational performance and outcomes.
