Job summary

The Senior Project Coordinator role within the Program Delivery Unit supports the planning, design, and delivery of initiatives that advance Agriculture Victoria’s and DEECA’s strategic priorities. The role translates strategic intent into practical project and change activities that strengthen organisational performance.

Working in a hybrid PMO/CMO environment, the Senior Project Coordinator applies best-practice project and change management, data management, reporting, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in data management, analysis and insights development, including establishing robust data governance and turning data into evidence-based insights.
• Accreditation in formal project management and change management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, ADKAR) is desirable.
• Knowledge of DEECA and Agriculture Victoria policy, procedures and systems is desirable.
• Experience delivering large-scale organisational changes across public/private sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver programs within a PMO/CMO framework and support governance structures.
• Provide governance, reporting and risk management support to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, change planning and workshop coordination across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Victorian Government requirements and records management standards.
• Support prioritisation and delivery of initiatives to improve organisational performance.
