Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a highly organised Project Control Officer to support delivery on major resource projects. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll ensure consistent methodology, tools, and templates while maintaining tight control over schedules and budgets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from proposal through to completion, track milestones, provide accurate forecasting, and deliver timely reporting to stakeholders across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination or delivery support role.
• Strong scheduling skills with MS Project experience.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communication across multiple teams.
• Experience with large-scale mining/resource projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery through methodology, tools, templates, and QA of deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules with dependencies, critical path, and resource planning
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and ensure timely delivery with escalation
• Manage project financials including forecasting, budgeting, and variance tracking
• Provide reporting, status updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery success
