Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project controlling, financial analysis, or related role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and financial accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and objectives.
• Prepare and analyze project forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Track actuals vs budgets/forecasts, explain variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Collaborate with project managers to set and track financial KPIs.
• Perform financial risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Support project audits with documentation and explanations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project control processes and tools.
• Communicate financial performance to project teams, senior management, and stakeholders.
