Job summary

DEECA in Victoria is seeking a Specialist to coordinate projects, maintain documentation and support governance and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to monitor deliverables, manage risks and assist with enterprise bargaining and organisational change initiatives.

This fixed-term role offers hybrid work arrangements within Victoria in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or organisational initiatives within a complex environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, action registers, risk logs and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and project management/collaboration tools including Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Planner.
• Experience supporting enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, workforce planning, organisational change or government projects.
