Job summary

AFTRS is seeking a Program & Events Lead to drive inclusive, engaging programs for students, alumni, industry and the community. The role includes coordinating in-person, online and hybrid events with cross‑department collaboration to deliver impactful experiences.

Reporting to the Partnerships & Development team, you will manage end-to-end event planning, FROM briefs to run sheets, budgets, and post-event reports, while building a dynamic audience through AFTRS CRM channels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering inclusive, accessible programs and events.
• End-to-end event planning and production experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets.
• Proven skills in audience engagement and CRM activity.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and influencing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of virtual and in-person programs and major events.
• Stage management for on-site and online formats.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to extend reach.
• Provide post-event reporting and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop workflows and templates to support other departments.
• Advise on student-led events.
