Job summary

KBR in Australia seeks an experienced Program and Project Director to lead major infrastructure programs within a client-side environment. You will shape outcomes by building trusted relationships with asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors, regulators and communities.

You will navigate competing priorities, manage risk and budget, and ensure safety and quality across design development, procurement, construction and commissioning of multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Project Director, Program Manager or Portfolio Manager.
• Strategic leadership with data-based decision making.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of delivery models and WHS requirements.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major infrastructure programs within a client-side environment.
• Build trusted relationships with client, KBR team, asset owners, construction partners, designers and vendors.
• Navigate competing priorities to drive alignment, manage risk, and budgets.
• Lead design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning across multiple projects.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across programs.
