Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst - Transformation to drive financial performance across major initiatives in Australia. Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid working, you will partner with the Senior Finance Manager and key stakeholders to build robust models, analyse results and validate business cases.

You will lead detailed financial analysis, forecasting and P&L reviews, develop insightful dashboards, and help translate complex data into commercial actions.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified, with 6+ years' experience in financial analysis, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify variances and deliver meaningful commercial insights.
• Experience developing business cases, evaluating investments and tracking financial performance.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercially minded, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, modelling and reporting to track the performance and financial benefits of key business initiatives.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgets, forecasts and business case assumptions, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Finance teams and project stakeholders to validate financial assumptions, assess investment returns and ensure benefits are accurately captured.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and reporting frameworks to measure project performance and P&L impacts.
• Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Prepare insightful financial reports and dashboards to support senior leadership, investment decisions and business performance reviews.
• Support the development and evaluation of business cases, ensuring financial assumptions are robust and commercially sound.
