Job summary

EOS Space Systems, a leader in space domain awareness and related technologies, seeks a Product Manager to shape and evolve its product portfolio. Qualifications

• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps for complex domains.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
• Strong commercial acumen with business case development.
• Experience in space/defence/aerospace or related high-tech sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, sales and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the EOS Space Systems product strategy and roadmap.
• Balance short-term opportunities with long-term product investments.
• Assess existing products for refresh, modernisation or retirement.
• Define future concepts aligned to emerging space missions and priorities.
• Establish clear product lifecycle management processes.
• Develop deep understanding of defence, civil, intelligence, and commercial space markets.
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, missions and gaps.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Translate insights into product requirements and investment recommendations.
• Ensure products align with evolving mission needs rather than past requirements.
• Define requirements, use cases and value propositions.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate needs into deliverable capabilities.
• Prioritise features based on customer value, strategy, cost, schedule and risk.
• Support trade studies and investment decisions for future capabilities.
• Develop business cases for product investments and pricing strategies.
• Support proposals and customer campaigns; assist sales and BD teams.
• Drive product adoption in collaboration with sales and BI teams.
