Responsibilities

• Source materials, components, subcontractors, and services for projects.
• Review supplier quotations based on price, lead time, quality, and requirements.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up to meet delivery dates.
• Assist negotiations on pricing, lead times, and terms.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with schedules.
• Identify alternative suppliers to reduce costs and improve delivery.
