AxFlow is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement, fleet management and purchasing across the AxFlow group. Based at our Keysborough Distribution Centre, you’ll drive cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance and reliable supply while partnering with finance to align procurement with budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain within industrial/engineering environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end procurement and drive closure.

Responsabilités

• Own procurement activities through full cycle: requirements, sourcing, RFQ, quote analysis, recommendation, approval and PO/contract.
• Manage procurement across OEM pumps, fluid handling equipment, spare parts, PPE, MRO and general purchasing.
• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms and service agreements.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready commercial recommendations covering needs, options, TCO, risks and actions.
• Maintain OEM and supplier relationships with regular performance reviews and escalation when needed.
• Process POs and procurement activity in AS400 and Dynamics 365 with high accuracy.
• Coordinate internal procurement and inter-company transfers to optimise inventory.
• Manage end-to-end fleet procurement and leasing for 100+ vehicles; renewals and compliance.
• Support CAPEX procurement and lifecycle cost analysis; deliver cost savings.
