Job summary

Catholic Education Western Australia Limited is seeking a Senior Procurement Coordinator to lead complex sourcing, tendering and contract management across the CEWA network. You will collaborate with Legal Services, business stakeholders and suppliers to deliver compliant, value-driven outcomes and to support cost reductions.

This is a 1.0 FTE ongoing role based in West Leederville, requiring a highly organized procurement professional with strong negotiation and supplier-management skills to

Qualifications

• Experience in medium to high-risk contract, procurement and tendering procedures.
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on requisitions and Purchase Orders through CEWA’s Procurement and ERP systems.
• Review and release of Purchase Orders.
• Implement and administer medium to high-risk contracts per Directive and procedures.
• Make recommendations on strategic sourcing opportunities based on spend analysis.
• Coordinate onboarding and approval of new vendors in the Procurement System.
