Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria is seeking a Senior Business Partner to lead our enterprise-wide process management and improvement program. You will guide scoping, design, and delivery of initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery across CFA.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, drive governance and risk management, and mentor the Process Analyst to achieve measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a results-driven professional with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business, process management or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide process management programs within large/complex organisations is essential.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead process management and improvement initiatives from scoping through implementation and benefits realisation.
• Identify opportunities for documentation, standardisation, automation and governance improvements.
• Provide strategic advisory to senior leaders and process owners across CFA.
• Develop and maintain high-quality process maps, guidance materials and training resources.
• Monitor program performance, milestones and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare executive briefings and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
