Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Victoria seeks a Governance Lead within the Governance, Legal and Risk Services portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager Governance Services, you will coordinate agendas, papers, minutes and action registers, ensuring governance processes are managed to a high standard.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Chairs and Committee members, provide governance advice, monitor deadlines, and identify improvements in how Board and Committee business is run.

Qualifications

• Strong written and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating governance processes and meeting documentation.
• Ability to manage sensitive information, competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agendas, papers, minutes, action registers and annual work plans.
• Provide advice on governance processes and deadlines.
• Support CFA's Board and specified Committees to ensure high standards of governance.
