Job summary

Country Fire Authority (CFA) in Burwood East, VIC is seeking a Process Analyst on a fixed-term basis to drive process excellence across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Business Partner Process Improvement, you will map current processes, identify improvements and promote best practice to streamline workflows and support the organisation's broader strategic goals.

The role requires Lean/Six Sigma or BPMN experience and strong cross-functional collaboration, with hybrid work options

Qualifications

• Experience in business process mapping and improvement using Lean, Six Sigma or BPMN.
• Ability to map processes across functions and lead workshops.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive enterprise-wide process management and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and promote best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, in-person or via Teams.
• Support automation/workflow development and ensure compliance.
