Job summary

Lawson Delaney in Melbourne is seeking a dynamic professional to support public practice operations during mergers and growth. This newly created role reports to the GM and will drive HR, Marketing, Operations, IT systems and Finance initiatives.

You will identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, lead projects to completion, and oversee workflow management, governance, risk management and management reporting across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in the Accounting sector.
• Solid stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills.
• Experience with accounting software and CRM systems (FYI, XPM, CAS360, NowInfinity, ASIC, ABR Agent Portal, ATO Tax Agent Portal).

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve workflows, HR, marketing, operations and IT systems across the practice.
• Drive the smooth transition of current and future mergers.
• Identify opportunities to improve overall systems, processes and efficiencies.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion.
