Zusammenfassung

Howden Insurance Brokers is seeking a structured, commercially aware project professional to coordinate acquisitions and strategic initiatives across Howden Pacific, ideally based in Sydney or Auckland. You will collaborate across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Brand and acquired businesses to maintain momentum and deliver synergies.

You will build integration plans, track milestones and risks, prepare dashboards and executive updates, and guide cross-functional governance to enable Day 1

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' experience in project management, corporate development, business operations or related environment.
• Insurance experience is highly regarded.
• Experience supporting post-merger integration or complex cross-functional transformation projects.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end integration workstreams and strategic projects across multiple functions.
• Develop and maintain integration plans, roadmaps, milestones, action logs and RAID registers.
• Track financial, operational and qualitative performance measures including synergies.
• Support Day 1 readiness and post-acquisition transition activities.
• Prepare dashboards and executive reporting for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor risks, dependencies and mitigation actions through governance.
