Job summary

Lendlease in Perth WA is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager to own the project from a planning perspective in a standalone role. You will develop and maintain integrated project plans and programs, and assess schedule changes and impacts.

Daily you will analyze risks, update master schedules, report to stakeholders, and create plans, charts and reports. The role requires experience with construction planning, P6, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and/or construction project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking.
• Experience planning complex building projects.
• Experience utilising P6.
• Be able to graphically represent the program methodology and present it clearly.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• High level interpersonal, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational assistance in analysis and monitoring of programs and reporting to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update the Project Master Schedule and other site schedules; identify opportunities at all levels.
• Regular reporting on program to Key stakeholders.
• Perform planning activities including research and document preparation to support planning guidelines.
• Operate as a subject matter expert, maintaining and creating plans, reports, charts, schedules, databases and records.
• Collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders, communicating critical information clearly.
