Job summary

Lendlease Corporation in Perth, WA is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Manager to own project planning and scheduling in a standalone role. You will develop and maintain integrated plans, assess modifications and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

The role requires experience in construction project planning, P6 proficiency, and strong collaboration across disciplines. Relevant qualifications and a high level of communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and/or construction project planning, scheduling, project controls and program benchmarking.
• Must have experience planning complex building projects.
• Experience utilising P6 for scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to graphically represent program methodology and present to stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational assistance in analysis, risk, resources and reports.
• Maintain and update the Project Master Schedule and site schedules.
• Regularly report program status to Key stakeholders.
• Undertake planning activities and prepare supporting documentation.
• Act as SME, updating plans, reports, charts and data for decision making.
• Collaborate across stakeholders and communicate critical information clearly.
