Job summary

VCAA in Victoria is seeking a Manager, Planning Performance and Governance to shape the organisation's long‑term strategy and lead a cross‑functional team delivering planning and governance support. You will provide high‑level advice to the Office of the CEO and oversee complex ministerial briefings and executive reporting.

You will drive strategic plans, coordinate priority reporting, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining governance standards and strong stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• Experience as a Board Secretary or governance secretariat manager.
• Experience in a Government Senior Executive office is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team delivering whole-of-organisation planning and governance reporting.
• Prepare and review ministerial briefings and government responses, including budget bid documentation.
• Contribute to strategic planning and the development of organisational plans and business plans.
• Coordinate priority reporting and produce Board and Executive management reports.
• Provide authoritative advice and administrative support to the Office of the CEO.
