Job summary

Zoos Victoria is hiring two Corporate Planning & Governance Analysts to join our Parkville office in a hybrid model. The role delivers contemporary planning, reporting and governance across the organisation, centralising processes and providing insights from data.

You will coordinate planning cycles, governance inputs, and performance reporting, work with stakeholders to improve clarity and decision-making, and build capability across teams.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Strategic Management, Business, Governance or a related discipline.
• Experience in corporate planning, governance, risk management or enterprise performance reporting.
• Experience working with systems and data coordinating processes across stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; able to advise and coach others.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; able to resolve issues practically.
• Experience in complex government environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance and compliance processes, including policy review cycles, risk register updates, internal audit action status updates and governance reporting inputs.
• Coordinate corporate planning processes, including annual planning cycles and updates, while contributing to the design and refinement of planning approaches to improve clarity, consistency and value.
• Produce organisation-wide performance and project reporting outputs, with a focus on clarity, insight and usability for stakeholders moving beyond data consolidation to more meaningful and actionable outputs.
• Support stakeholders in navigating planning, reporting and governance processes, providing clear, practical guidance and building capability over time.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to support effective engagement with planning, reporting and governance processes.
