Job summary

Noble Ambition in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead and deliver strategic fundraising engagements for not-for-profit and for-purpose organisations. Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of philanthropy and the Australian not-for-profit sector.
• Extensive experience in fundraising strategy and major gifts.
• Proven ability to advise CEOs, Boards and senior executives.
• Strong critical thinking, research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written communication for strategic reports and presentations.
• Excellent verbal communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong commercial and professional judgement.
• Outstanding project management and ability to lead multiple engagements.
• Ability to work independently and in a small, collaborative team.
• Commitment to high-quality work and meaningful outcomes for for-purpose organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements with the CEO and team.
• Undertake strategic fundraising assessments and develop recommendations.
• Design major gifts strategies and campaign plans for clients.
• Facilitate workshops with Boards and senior teams.
• Prepare high-quality reports and client deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with CEOs and sector leaders.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and new work.
• Contribute to Noble Ambition's growth and sector initiatives.
