Job summary

Professional in Canberra is seeking an Associate Director, Philanthropic Governance & Impact, a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the University’s philanthropic governance, donor relations, gift processing and reporting.

You will lead a team across governance, donor relations and reporting, develop frameworks that strengthen donor accountability, enable impact, and advise senior leaders across Advancement, Finance and Colleges.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across gift governance, donor relations, gift processing and reporting, ensuring strong governance, effective stewardship and high-quality service.
• Shape how philanthropy is governed and delivered across the University, driving stronger frameworks, clearer processes and a consistent donor experience.
• Translate philanthropy into lasting impact by strengthening donor accountability and ensuring funds are managed transparently and in line with donor intent.
