Anglican Diocesan Services is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who will work as a strategic advisor to leaders across the Diocese, providing expert people practices to strengthen capability, drive change, and improve performance. You will help shape a high-performing workplace culture grounded in Christian values and support mission delivery.

You will engage with senior leaders, clergy and managers, lead workforce planning, leadership coaching, and employee relations

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
• Significant experience as HRBP or senior advisor.
• Proven track record partnering with senior leaders.
• Experience with complex employee relations and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Experience with change, workforce planning, and organisational development.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals.
• Provide expert advice on workforce management, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
• Build trusted relationships and support informed people decisions.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations.
• Advise on employment legislation, Awards, policies and workplace change.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
• Coach leaders to strengthen people management capability and workplace culture.
• Support organisational change, restructures and workforce transitions.
• Analyze workforce data to support strategic decision-making.
