weave. Recruitment is partnering with a large financial services organisation to appoint a People Consultant on a 7-month fixed term, with immediate start.

This hands-on generalist role sits in the People Advisory and Enablement team, delivering consultative support to Senior People Partners and the wider People and Workplace function across cyclical work, case management and strategic initiatives. Based in Sydney or Melbourne with a hybrid pattern of 2–3 days in the office, the successful

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across a range of people activities.
• Solid knowledge of Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Ability to advise managers and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Resolving escalated Tier 2 employee queries and cases.
• Conducting employee investigations and coaching leaders.
• Supporting BAU cyclical activities including remuneration reviews.
• Contributing to people project design and change materials.
• Providing tailored policy interpretation and remuneration advice.
• Supporting Senior People Partners with workforce planning.
