Mott MacDonald Australia and New Zealand is seeking a strategic Senior People Advisor to join our people advisory team in Melbourne and Sydney. You will shape the employee experience, support leadership, and drive high performance across our Australian offices.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll deliver expert guidance on employee relations, remuneration, and compliance, partner with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility, and lead initiatives across onboarding, wellbeing,

Qualifications

Extensive HR advisory experience in large or complex organisations.
Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, remuneration, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to leaders and managers on employee relations, performance, remuneration, and compliance matters.
Partner with People Functions (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility) to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Manage initiatives that enhance onboarding, mobility, wellbeing, and inclusion across the employee lifecycle.
Lead graduate recruitment, L&D delivery, and people manager development.
Analyse and contribute to unit trends and metrics to support solutions, programs and policies.
