Zusammenfassung

Acknowledge Education, based at the Brisbane campus, seeks an Engagement Manager to cultivate industry partnerships and create meaningful student placements for Community Services and Social Work programs.

You will drive opportunities through stakeholder engagement, collaborate with academic teams, and ensure placements meet accreditation requirements while working in a hybrid model across campus visits and community partners.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industry engagement, stakeholder management, community services, social work, or related field.
• Proven success in business development and building strong industry partnerships.
• Understanding of student placements and compliance requirements in higher education.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused approach.
• Current driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Management or related discipline is advantageous but not essential.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community services organisations and industry partners.
• Identify, negotiate and secure quality student placement opportunities.
• Develop new partnerships while strengthening existing industry and alumni networks.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure placements meet course and accreditation requirements.
• Plan ahead for future placement demand and support positive student and industry partner experiences.
• Use stakeholder feedback and industry insights to continuously improve placement opportunities.
