Job summary

Visa in Melbourne seeks a Manager to grow Visa's Personal Bank relationship with NAB, strengthening client engagements and coordinating across product, risk and client services to achieve outcomes.

You will lead account planning, identify growth opportunities and deliver strategic initiatives across NAB's ecosystem, including payments, loyalty and digital experiences, in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, relationship management, business development or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience with financial institutions, payments, technology or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management and growth of Visa's Personal Bank relationship with NAB.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across product, portfolio, strategy, customer and payments teams.
• Support client engagement activities including business reviews and executive meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client priorities.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement across NAB's Personal Bank ecosystem.
• Develop business cases, proposals and growth plans that create value.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities.
• Drive delivery of strategic initiatives and partnership commitments.
• Support issue resolution and escalation management.
