Job summary

Ord Minnett Limited in Brisbane is seeking a client-focused Paraplanner to join our national paraplanning team. This role offers exposure to high-net-worth strategies and a clear pathway to Private Wealth Adviser through our Professional Year and Associate Adviser Program.

You will work with experienced advisers to prepare high-quality SOAs, build sophisticated financial projections, and contribute to strategic advice development, with a view toward progression within the Adviser pathway.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in paraplanning and SOA production (2+ years an advantage).
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning.
• Progress toward Financial Adviser Education Standards (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Xplan (Risk Researcher, Wealth Solver, XTools+)
• Detail-oriented and collaborative with motivation to progress toward becoming a Private Wealth Adviser.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality SOAs for a range of client strategies.
• Build financial projections and modelling for complex advice scenarios.
• Provide technical and strategic support to advisers during advice development.

Ord Minnett is seeking a client focused and proactive Paraplanner to join our national paraplanning team in our Brisbane office. You’ll work closely with experienced advisers to prepare high-quality Statements of Advice (SOAs), build sophisticated financial projections, and contribute to strategic advice development.
