Job summary

Wesfarmers Health in Docklands, VIC is seeking a People & Capability Business Partner on a 12-month max-term contract. You will partner with Beauty and Pharmacy Retail teams, driving people strategy, talent development, and large-scale initiatives such as new store concepts.

You’ll support day-to-day BAU operations, HR processes, and strategic projects, collaborating with People Advisory/Payroll to foster a high-performance culture. Melbourne or Sydney candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• What you’ll bring includes extensive P&C partnering experience across dispersed retail sites.
• Ability to influence at all levels and drive change within a growing business.
• Experience in ER/IR and understanding of modern awards and industrial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic People & Capability partnering to Beauty and Pharmacy Retail teams.
• Support BAU operations, employee lifecycle activities, and HR initiatives.
• Lead change management and roll out new concepts (atomica, InstantScripts).
• Partner with Talent Team to develop talent and culture for growth.
• Manage projects end to end with a commercial lens.
